Apple and cinnamon is a match made in heaven. Who doesn’t like this flavour combination? The sweet and fresh flavour of apples blend so well with the warm echoes of cinnamon. They manage to uplift each other’s flavour and make it an unbelievable experience on your taste buds. I love having sliced apples with vanilla ice-cream sprinkled with a little cinnamon sugar. Apple pie with cinnamon sugar is another winner. Another simple thing to do is lay apple slices on a baking sheet and coat them with cinnamon sugar. Bake them in the oven till the sugar caramelizes. Eat them as it is or with some ice cream.
This recipe is keeping in mind the cold winter nights. Make a cup (or two) of this drink and sit by the window while you read your favourite book. It’s totally worth it! It’s easy and very quick to make.
